Monte began his ag experience on the north end of a hoe walking fields of cotton in the early sixties. His experience is truly grass roots, hands on.
After being side tracked to get his schooling and degree in Pre-Law / English, he returned to his roots, working for USDA for almost 20 years before breaking away to begin consulting. His experience combines leadership, understanding of issues involved in row crop agriculture, and farm program issues.
Christian Ramirez - Designated Broker

Christian is the designated broker for Nevitt & Associates. Christian has been in the land asset management and brokerage business for more than 15 years working closely with landowners, developers, home builders, and investors from across the country and abroad.
He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Sonora Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Agribusinesses from Arizona State University. While working full time, Christian spent several years teaching upper-level finance classes at the W.P. Carey School of Business. Christian’s current focus is in the agricultural asset management, land brokerage, and farm management areas.
David Dodds - GIS Director

David grew up in Southeast Minnesota, on and around family farms in the Midwest, as well as wrangling in Minnesota and Colorado. He has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Iowa State University, and after a stint in the U.S. Army, David obtained his Masters of Applied Science in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Arizona State.
In addition to bringing his mapping and computer skills to the team, David is also a licensed real estate agent for Nevitt. He has been with this team since 2004, and lives with his family in Queen Creek.
Patina Thompson - Agricultural Asset Manager

Patina grew up in the beautiful Dragoon Mountains of Cochise County, Arizona. It was near her childhood home where the Apache Chief, Geronimo surrendered. In these famous mountains she developed a love of livestock, wildlife and all things related to the great outdoors. While at the University of Arizona, she interned with Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Arizona Game and Fish Department, honing her skills and expertise in Watershed conservation, Rangeland Resources Management and Wildlife habitat development.
In 2004, with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Renewable Natural Resources in hand, Patina joined our team at Nevitt & Associates. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Crop Insurance Agent and Farm Manager, covering southeastern Arizona and southern New Mexico. Patina lives with her family in Willcox, Arizona. (It should also be noted that she is the most successful elk hunter in our organization.)
Leanne Grossman - Bookkeeping & Office Administrator

Leanne Grossman grew up in Boise, Idaho. Her family roots are spread all throughout Idaho. She moved to Arizona in 1985. Leanne received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Arizona State University. Her professional experience includes finance, accounting, business development and project management.
Leanne searched for a dynamic TEAM where she could contribute her skills, and is thrilled to be a part of Nevitt & Associates. She lives in Ahwatukee, Arizona with her husband and three sons.
Bryanna Hamblin - Lease Administrator

Bryanna grew up in Queen Creek, Arizona. She has family roots spread all throughout the cotton fields in the Gila Valley. Throughout her childhood she learned hard work, dedication and gained an appreciation for livestock as she participated in the 4-H Program. Previously to joining the team at Nevitt & Associates, she worked in Retail Banking as a Teller Supervisor, where she gained many leadership and customer service skills.
Bryanna is a licensed real estate agent for Nevitt & Associates. She joined the team in 2015 and currently lives with her husband and son in Queen Creek.
